Cancellation Policy


We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. At True Health, we desire to be effective and fair to all clients. To do so, the following policies are honored:

No Shows and Cancellations:

Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and the massage therapist, if you are unable to make your schedule appointment we ask for 24-hours advance notice of all cancellations. Except for emergency situations, missing a scheduled appointment, without the proper notifications, will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment amount to the credit card on file. Furthermore, we ask that all fees be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

Late Show:

Your session time begins promptly on your agreed upon scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your session may be shorted in order to accommodate others, who’s appointments may follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin the massage session. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist, other customers, and most importantly yourself, please plan accordingly and do your best to be early or on time.
